The development is divided into 4 adjacent towers with a unified architectural design. Each tower contains 56 floors distributed as follows: 5 underground levels for parking with a capacity of 5,000 cars, followed by the ground floor, then 50 recurring floors dedicated to various activities.
The first 5 floors are allocated for retail shops, the middle floors house administrative offices and medical clinics, while the upper floors are reserved for hotel apartments operated under the Grand Millennium brand.
