The project is being developed across 4 main phases, in addition to the latest phase, The Spine, which extends over 15 acres and is dedicated to residential units, including apartments, duplexes, and penthouses. Adjacent to it is a 14-acre investment zone featuring commercial, administrative, and medical units, making each phase a fully integrated community on its own.
